WAREHOUSE&COでは、日本から海外への発送を承っております。
商品はEMS（国際スピード郵便）にて発送いたします。
送料
アメリカ合衆国：10,000円
その他の国・地域：5,000円
アメリカ合衆国への発送について
アメリカ合衆国への送料10,000円には、EMSによる送料に加え、関税・輸入税等の費用およびそれらの立替費用が含まれています。
※関税・輸入税等の取扱いは、お届け先の国・地域の税関および法令等により異なる場合があります。
発送について
ご注文をお受けしてから5日以内にEMS（国際スピード郵便）にて発送いたします。
※年末年始などの長期休暇期間を除きます。長期休暇期間中のご注文は、営業再開後に順次発送いたします。
発送後のお届け日数は、お届け先の国・地域、通関手続き、現地の配送事情等により異なります。
また、国際情勢や交通事情等により、一部の国・地域への発送ができない場合がございます。その場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただくことがございます。
返品・交換について
海外発送の商品については、原則として返品・交換をお受けしておりません。
サイズが合わない場合など、お客様都合による返品・交換もお受けしておりません。
ただし、当店の手違いによりご注文と異なる商品をお届けした場合、または商品に不良があった場合は、返品・交換にかかる送料を当店が負担いたします。
商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
内容を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金についてご案内いたします。
※商品到着後7日を経過した商品、一度でも使用された商品、お客様のご使用によって汚損・破損した商品については、返品・交換をお受けできない場合がございます。
サイズについて
海外発送の場合、サイズ交換はお受けしておりません。
ご注文前に、各商品ページに記載されたサイズ表・実寸をご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。

International Shipping
WAREHOUSE&CO ships orders from Japan to customers around the world.
International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping Fees
United States: ¥10,000
All other countries and regions: ¥5,000
Shipping to the United States
The ¥10,000 shipping fee for orders shipped to the United States includes the EMS shipping cost, as well as applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related advance payment fees.
Please note that the treatment of customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may vary depending on the customs regulations and laws of the destination country or region.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please note that this does not apply during extended holiday periods, such as the year-end and New Year holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped sequentially after business operations resume.
Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, and local delivery conditions.
Please also note that we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to international circumstances, transportation restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges due to customer preference, including incorrect sizing or a change of mind, are not accepted.
However, if we send you an incorrect item due to an error on our part, or if the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
Please contact us through our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing the details, we will provide instructions regarding a return, exchange, or refund.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for items reported more than 7 days after delivery, items that have been used, or items that have been damaged or soiled through customer use.
Sizing
For international orders, we do not accept size exchanges.
Please check the size chart and actual measurements provided on each product page carefully before placing your order.
