How to hem your bottoms

We offer free hemming for our products. Please bring your items to your nearest Warehouse store, or send them to the address below with a note containing the return shipping address. We will return your items to you within approximately one week of receiving them.

Shipping

The shipping cost for the product will be borne by the customer. After hemming, we will cover the shipping cost.

Important points to note when sending by mail

*Please wash the item once beforehand, then fold it over and secure it with a safety pin, or write down the length you would like to have hemmed (cut 5cm, etc.) (Please avoid specifying the inseam measurement as this may result in an inaccuracy.)

*As a general rule, we do not hem pants that are unwashed.

*We will not hem pants that are not Warehouse Company products under any circumstances.
