NEW ARRIVAL

JON GLUCKOW

You'll notice that many of my collections originate from well-known, established American brands. This is because these brands made great design choices based on practicality and aesthetics, and produced products of the highest quality. My goal is to make similar choices and offer clothes that you can love and wear for a long time.

Working with Warehouse & Company is an incredible opportunity for me, and I've already learned a lot from the Shiotani brothers to help me reach that goal. They are truly students (and great teachers for me!) of all aspects of the apparel industry, especially the world of heritage clothing.

The Warehouse team is focused on building a great product, and we're confident we can achieve that.

150-year-old leather rivet trademark

On May 20, 1873, Levi Strauss & Co. obtained a patent for the "use of metal rivets to reinforce pockets in articles of clothing." A year later, on August 25, 1874, Greenbaum Brothers, also based in San Francisco, obtained a patent for reinforcing stress points with leather. Until the rivet patent expired in the 1890s, Greenbaum Brothers' pants were supplied as durable workwear throughout the West and Midwest, where mineral mining was booming.
