◆ Payment method and payment period
Payment can be made by credit card. Once your order is complete, you cannot change your payment method. Please check your contract status carefully before using.
If your order is shipped to a country or region other than Japan, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are not included in the payment amount.
If you are billed by the logistics company, please make the payment separately.
◆Delivery method/delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the product, delivery area, time of order, and time of order, but for deliveries within Japan, orders will be shipped within one to four business days after order completion.
For deliveries to countries outside of Japan, orders are expected to be shipped within 3 to 7 days after order completion.
*Please note that if there is a large number of orders, we may not be able to ship within the estimated delivery time.
◆Shipping costs
Shipping fee: 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide, 2,300 yen for Okinawa and remote islands
Shipping is free for purchases totaling 5,000 yen (tax included) or more.
(1,500 yen for Okinawa and remote islands).

◆Shipping to countries and regions outside Japan
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 5,000 yen to all countries and regions.
*Depending on the country or region, additional customs duties (import tax, VAT, customs fees, etc.) may be required.
◆Order cancellation, return, and exchange
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, except in the case that the product delivered is different from the one ordered or there is a defect in the product.
*We cannot accept cancellation requests via email or the inquiry form.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if you return the product without contacting us or if you refuse to accept the product and cancel the return.
◆About size exchanges
Returns are not accepted, but exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us using the inquiry form first. We will contact you after checking stock.
*However, we cannot exchange products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago, products that have been used even once, or products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
◆About exchange shipping fees
For exchanges due to customer reasons, such as size exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. We will cover the shipping costs of the exchanged item. If we deliver a different item than the one you ordered or a defective item due to our error, we will also cover the shipping costs of the returned item.
◆Handling refusals to receive products and long-term absences
It is your responsibility to make sure that you receive the items we send you. If you are not able to receive your package after the storage period has expired due to absence, your order will be automatically returned and canceled. We will not reship your order. (You will need to place a new order.) Please note that if the item you sent is automatically returned to us or canceled by the delivery company, we will charge you a refund fee and the round-trip shipping fee.
◆ In the case of defective products or incorrect products shipped
If the product is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. (You will be asked to return the product to us, cash on delivery.) Once the product arrives, we will inspect its condition. If we confirm an error or defect, we will exchange the product if it is in stock, or refund you if it is not.
*Please note that even if there is a defect in the product, if it cannot be determined to be "unused" according to our standards, we may refuse to exchange it.
◆Others
-As a general rule, we do not accept gift wrapping.
- We do not accept direct store shopper items.
- We do not accept hemming of unwashed garments.
There are no specific regulations regarding sales quantities.
