Shipping policy
◆Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping region, order date, and order time. For shipments within Japan, orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days after order completion.
For shipments outside Japan, orders are generally shipped within 3 to 7 days after order completion.
*Please note that during periods of high order volume, shipments may not be possible within the above estimated timeframes.
◆Shipping Fees
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of ¥1,000 (tax included) nationwide. ¥2,300 for Okinawa and remote islands.
Free shipping applies to orders totaling ¥5,000 or more (tax included).
(¥1,500 for Okinawa and remote islands).
[Due to system limitations, shipping fees for Okinawa and remote islands will not be reflected on the payment screen or order confirmation email. We will notify you separately each time.]
◆Shipping to Countries/Regions Outside Japan
Shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥5,000 for all countries/regions.
※Additional duties/taxes (import taxes, VAT, customs fees, etc.) may apply depending on the country/region.
◆Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations after order completion are not possible under any circumstances, except when the item received differs from the order or the item is defective.
*Cancellation requests via email or the inquiry form cannot be accepted.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for items returned without prior notification or for returns/cancellations due to refusal of delivery.
◆Regarding Size Exchanges
Returns are not accepted, but exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving the item. Please first contact us via the inquiry form. We will confirm stock availability and contact you.
※ However, exchanges cannot be made for items where more than 8 days have passed since delivery, items that have been used even once, or items that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
◆ Exchange Shipping Costs
For exchanges due to customer reasons, such as size changes, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. If we mistakenly deliver an incorrect item or a defective product, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
◆Handling Refused Deliveries and Extended Absence
You are responsible for accepting the delivered items. If you fail to receive the package due to absence and exceed the storage period, it will be automatically returned and canceled. We cannot reship the item. (You will need to place a new order.) If the delivered item is automatically returned to us by the carrier and canceled, please note we will charge a refund processing fee and the round-trip shipping costs.
◆Defective Items and Incorrect Shipments
For defective items or incorrect shipments, please contact us via our inquiry channels within 30 days of receiving the item. (Return shipping costs are your responsibility.) We will inspect the item upon receipt. If we confirm an error or defect, we will exchange the item if stock is available, or issue a refund if stock is unavailable.
*Please note that even if a product is defective, we may refuse an exchange if it does not meet our criteria for being “unused.”
◆Other
・We generally do not offer gift wrapping.
・We cannot include our flagship store shopping bags with your order.
・We do not offer hem adjustments for unwashed items.
・There are no specific restrictions on purchase quantities.
※Temporary restrictions may apply depending on the product.
