Our USN Sailor's Parka is a faithful reproduction of the USN decontamination suit top, designed to be worn over uniforms while performing certain cleaning and maintenance tasks on Navy ships. These garments were sometimes overdyed on board for waterproofing and chemical resistance. Many were also sold as surplus by schools for use by athletic teams and overdyed. That's why you can find hoodies in a rainbow of colors. My sample is a unique shade of sky blue. I also made it in original natural and denim with simple black buttons. Stencil your name on the inside to prevent your friends from stealing it!
