This is Warehouse's classic body, knitted on an old-style low-gauge knitting machine said to be "rarer than a loopwheel machine." Knitted with No. 12 uneven yarn to create unique shading, this fabric is known as shadow border. Although it is a solid color, faint horizontal-like unevenness appears. Rather than an extremely low-slung modern neckline, the piping is set into the ribbing to maintain strength, and the neckline naturally sags forward as it loosens with wear.
